Platform
1 sensor or 10,000. The same software.
The Platform is where everything is run: every sensor, luminaire, room and building in one control centre. Whether you start with one sensor or roll out ten thousand, it is the same software — map the space, measure the light, let the sun do what it can and add exactly what's missing.

On the wrist, each employee sees their own light day, gets a nudge when it's time for more light and can say how they feel — feedback that tunes the light for everyone.

The wearable at work
The sensor on the watch. The office responds.
Employees who opt in wear the Ocutune sensor on their watch strap, just above the face. It measures the light each person actually gets at the desk, and the platform tops up — with their own desk luminaire or the zone above them.
Personal data stays personal: the company sees anonymised floor-level trends, never an individual's day.

Use what the sun gives. Add what's missing.
A floor with four open-plan offices and five private offices. Pick a city, the time of year, the time of day and the weather: offices facing away from the sun never see it directly, east gets the morning, west the afternoon. A quick estimate, not a lighting calculation. Lamps turn up when daylight falls short — and down when there's too much.

Today
Daylight through the windows. Every lamp on full.
Too much light where the sun already does the job, too little where it doesn't — and a power bill for both.
With Ocutune · you choose
Save power and stay within the rules — or give people the light they need.
Green cuts electricity while every desk still meets the legal lighting norm. Yellow is generous with good light, so nobody is under-lit through the working day — people feel better and work better.
Preset modes
Green
Economy mode
Save power, stay compliant. Every desk meets the office lighting norm (EN 12464-1) with the least electricity — every lux of daylight is harvested and lamps dim the second the sun takes over.
Yellow
Happy mode
Well-being and productivity. Generous light so no one is under-lit at work — the right amount and colour at the right time: bright and blue-rich in the morning, warmer and softer towards the end of the day.

Your rules
No one size fits all. Set target, colour and schedule per room, per desk or per person — and let employees ask for more good light where they want it.
Getting started · Map and measure
Film the room. Measure the light. Go live.
Onboarding starts with an iPhone video. The platform builds a 3D model and a 2D plan of the room with windows, desks, luminaires, wall sensors and the wearables employees carry — then we measure the light that is really there.
WindowLuminaireDeskSensor
Walk through with an iPhone for a minute. No drawings, no tape measure.
Walls, windows, desks and luminaires are recognised and measured automatically.
Wall sensors go up by the windows and at desk height, and wearables are paired to desks. For a week they log daylight, lamp output and spectrum at every hour, while the AI calibrates each sensor against our reference. Confirm the plan, and the room is live.
Onboard in days
Customers, buildings and devices are set up from templates — we onboard new partners fast and with little effort.
Plays with what's there
Integrates with Philips, KNX and DALI-2, so Ocutune adds intelligence on top of installations people already own.
Better together
Every new customer makes the algorithms sharper. Our models are hungry for data — the more light we see, the better we control it for everyone.
Safe in the EU
Scalable cloud hosted in recognised EU data centres in Germany. Each customer's data is isolated and stays theirs.
Together we're better. Together we're stronger.
Ocutune luminaires
Good light at the desk — the next ergonomic investment.
Companies buy sit-stand desks and ergonomic chairs. Light affects performance and mood just as much. Ocutune supplies office luminaires that give extra good light to the employees who want it — maybe the best investment a company can make.

The Copper Swan from Karlebo. One continuous band of brushed copper rising from a round foot and bending over like a swan's neck. A slim 4 × 25 cm light panel in the upright gives daylight-like light towards the person; the head casts focused task light down onto the desk.

A wall light shaped like the sun. Bright, blue-rich light in the morning and a warm glow in the afternoon — good light where people meet and relax.

Fits the standard ceiling grid. Tunable white from 2,700 to 6,500 K, controlled zone by zone with the daylight coming in.

A one-metre aluminium tube hung over the desk. Direct light down on the work surface and a soft uplight that brightens the room.
Visualisations. Final design and specifications to be confirmed.
Integrations
Works with the systems buildings already run.
Ocutune sensors and algorithms decide what good light is. The building's existing lighting control carries it out.
Philips
Philips' professional IoT lighting system for offices. Ocutune reads the luminaire network through Interact's APIs and sets level and colour per zone.
KNX
Talk to the building's KNX installation via KNX IP — no rewiring.
DALI-2 & D4i
Dim and tune DALI-2 drivers and luminaires, read D4i energy and health data.
Bluetooth Mesh · Zigbee · Thread
Built into every Ocutune sensor — wireless control and commissioning from a phone.
Brand names belong to their owners. Integration scope depends on the installation.
At scale
50,000 luminaires. One customer. Five countries.
One large company across the Nordics and the UK — Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the United Kingdom — runs on the same platform. Monitoring, firmware updates and analytics for every site, with data stored in EU data centres in Germany.

Your data stays yours. The insight is shared.
Every customer runs in its own isolated space in recognised EU data centres in Germany and only ever sees its own buildings, sensors and people.
The cloud receives every measurement — full spectrum and raw sensor channels, not just a lux value. Data can be stored in full or compressed, so nothing is lost for later analysis.
With consent, anonymised measurements flow into Ocutune's global light dataset. That dataset trains the models that make every installation smarter — so each new customer improves the light for all the others.
White-label by design
Same engine. Your look and feel.
Every partner gets its own branded app and control centre — colours, logo, domain and features — running on one shared Ocutune engine. Updates ship to everyone at once.

It started with OcuTrack, which reads OcuWEAR live. The platform extends it to whole buildings and every screen.

Send us a floor plan or a phone video of a room — we'll show you what the sun gives and what Ocutune adds.
